What you will learn...
  • Awareness - being alert.

  • How to project a positive and confident demeanour so that you are not chosen as a victim.

  • How to avoid dangerous situations.

  • ​How to use simple everyday items as weapons against an attacker (keys, pen, purse, etc).

  • ​How to perform self-defence techniques against a bigger attacker using Karate, Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Hapkido movements.

  • How to use appropriate attacks in different levels of threat.

  • How to strike an attacker in vulnerable areas.

  • How to talk your way out of an attack.

  • How to think like an attacker to better understand the mind set.

  • Discuss any situations and find a solution against an attack.

  • How and when to practice so that you do not forget.

Women's Self-Defence Class Schedule:

  • Monday 8:00-9:00pm
