Mississauga Martial Arts is located at 966 Dundas St. East 

This historic location is 5,000 square foot facility is fully covered with tatami puzzle mats and stocked with full-length mirrors, sparring equipment, training apparatus and weapons.


Kids Karate

With a variety of equipment available, and high level Senseis your child’s journey to a black belt will be carefully monitored to meet our guidelines for excellence.


Effective Kickboxing

Mississauga Martial Arts is also the home to Effective Kickboxing. In addition to our tatami puzzle mats, there is a ring that is ideal for kickboxing and sparring classes.

To compliment our Martial Arts focus, we also have an area for exclusive personal training, as well as a rock wall.  There are two change rooms complete with washrooms and showers.

In order to ensure that your child is comfortable in our regular classes we offer introductory classes designed to teach them the basics that will allow them to feel confident in class.

We recommend 10 lessons in a beginners introductory class before they move on. This individual step-by-step mentoring, along with discipline and fun, is designed specifically for beginners, in order to speed up their progression and gives them confidence from the start!​

Women's Self Defence

Join us on Mondays from 8:00-9:00pm to learn:

  • Awareness 

  • How to project a positive and confident demeanour so that you are not chosen as a victim.

  • How to avoid dangerous situations.

  • ​How to use simple everyday items as weapons against an attacker (keys, pen, purse, etc).

  • ​How to perform self-defence techniques against a bigger attacker using Karate, Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Hapkido movements.

  • How to use appropriate attacks in different levels of threat.

  • How to strike an attacker in vulnerable areas.

  • How to talk your way out of an attack.

  • How to think like an attacker to better understand the mind set.

  • Discuss any situations and find a solution against an attack.

  • How and when to practice so that you do not forget.
